New Impaired Driving Legislation Tops Premier’s List For 2017

The legislation passed in September allows police to impound the vehicle of anyone who breaks the 0.08 percent blood alcohol limit, requires anyone convicted of impaired driving to join an ignition interlock program before getting their driving privileges back, and sets a zero BAC policy for people 21 and under.
